Every family has those special recipes that can't be missed for Thanksgiving. Julie's family loves this one so much, they ask for it by name..."Auntie Julie Cake". Want to give it a try this year?

AUNTIE JULIE CAKE
2 sticks margarine
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs

1/3 C orange juice
2 t vanilla
1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1/4 t salt

2 C flour
2 C grated carrots

Mix together the first three ingredients in a Cuisinart. Then add the next set of ingredients and blend again. Finally, add the last 2 and blend again. Pour into bundt pan and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Serve hot. Can be reheated just prior to serving in a 350 oven for 20 minutes or until hot. Slice just prior to serving.
